Return / Refund Policy

Should you want to return your product for a refund, you must first contact us via email at info@kccoresupplements.com with your reason for return. You must contact us within 10 days of having received the product. DO NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT BACK, WITHOUT FIRST HAVING CONTACTED US.

Return / Refund Procedure Steps:

  • The customer must email us with the following information:
      • Order number
      • Full name - name used on the order
      • Produuct's' requested for return
      • Reason for return
      • Photos if the product's' arrived damaged (both of the shipping box and the product's'.
    • Once approved, we would provide return instructions.

CONDITIONS:

Product Conditions:

  • In order for your return request to be accepted, your product's' must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Anything opened or partially used would fall under the exemption policy, list below.

Exemption Policy:

  • Opened bottles, used products, or products with broken safety seals would not be eligible for return. The only acception to this rule would be if the product was damaged during shipping or if there is evidential proof of a product defect.

Return Window:

  • After your return request has been accepted by us, you have 30 days to return the product

Return Method:

  • Returns would be handled by USPS only, unless we specifically approve another logistics provider.

Return Fees:

  • The customer will be responsible for return fees of unopened, unused products. If we find that the return falls under the parameters to follow, we will provide you with a prepaid label to return the product's' - error of shipment on our part, damaged shipment, defective product.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once we have received and inspected your returned product's' we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Processing time generally take 5-10 business day.
